The eccentric Dark Horse Restaurant is an ideal place for a relaxing evening.

The Bar and sitting area are authentic stables, relatively unchanged from the time they were used for horses.

You are assured of a warm welcome, good food
and wine.

The Coach House Dining Room has the cosy feel
of a French bistro, but with a touch of the English eccentric. The pictures and paintings on the walls
are all the work of local artists and can be purchased if they appeal, along with small gifts and bric-a-brac.
The staff are friendly and relaxed, attentive
but unobtrusive.

There is a choice of four or five starters and main courses including a vegetarian option.

All food is freshlyd and homemade using local produce and suppliers wherever possible.

The Dark Horse can cater for parties and celebrations for up to 60 people in the Restaurant, and larger parties with the addition of the marquee.

We can design menus to suit your own tastes from hot sit down meals to fork or fully carved buffets.

For more informal functions/parties we offer a
stand up finger buffet with individually priced items.
